Does this work perfect for you?

Hmmmm, I never tried the settings for a color print. These settings are perfect for monochrome prints, but using the CADspan plugin is even easier than going this rout. I only came up with this because I needed this output for processing files before the Plugin from CADspan was around.
If I have a chance this week I will be sure to do some tests to see what works best for preserving colors.
If you just want a 3DS out with textures and you are not processing the files for 3D printing, I would suggest sticking with the default settings.
