cadspan plugin - problems logging in

does anyone experience the following....

after logging in to the cadspan pop up window for resurfacing, the file label is stuck "initiializing" and the status is on hold. The upload button is greyed out?

I'm using sketchup on a mac with safari. the free version of cadspan at this point....
