How do I stop file processing?

I'm trying to process a sketchup model, however the plugin has been stuck on "assigning" for a few hours. How do I abort the current file processing?

Currently, there is no "kill" switch. The best course of action at this time would be to email support@cadspan.com with your user name and have the job checked into manually. If a "kill" is necessary, CADspan support can take care of it for you.
