CADSPAN resurfacer issue

Hi there,

Having a problem with CADSPAN plugin. When I click on the resurfacer command, I only get a screen that asks for a login, however, I am not directed to a place to login and it will not allow me to enter text. Anyone else experience this problem?

MUST HAVE IE 7

This problem, along with many others, will be eliminated by using Internet Explorer 7. IE 7 is required to get proper functionality from the plugin, as noted in the installer.

Must have IE7 -- Nope. Still doesn't work.

I have IE7, I've deleted the browsing history, and I still get the "Only the top logo and Welcome to CADspan display. " error. Any ideas?
